Welcome to I-Will. Your use of this website and the services offered herein is subject to these terms of use. By accessing and using the site, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the site.

1. Declaration of Capacity and Age

By using the service, the user declares and undertakes that they are over 18 years of age, legally competent to perform binding actions, and that they are using the site with a clear mind and free will (as defined in the Inheritance Law).

2. Service Description and Legal Clarification

I-Will is an online service that enables users to create wills independently.

The service is not legal advice: The tools and forms on the site do not constitute legal advice, professional opinion, or a substitute for personal consultation with an attorney.

No attorney-client relationship: Use of the site does not create an attorney-client relationship between the user and the site operators.

We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed attorney on any complex legal matter.

3. Limitation of Liability

I-Will provides technological tools for creating will documents but is not responsible for the will's content or legal validity.

User responsibility: Full responsibility for the accuracy of information, will content, and compliance with legal requirements rests solely with the user.

Signing procedure: The user bears exclusive responsibility to ensure the will is printed and signed according to law before qualified witnesses (who do not benefit from the will) as required by law.

AS IS: The service is provided "AS IS." We do not guarantee that the service will be free of errors, technical faults, or interruptions.

4. User Responsibility and Site Use

When using the service, you undertake to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information and update it as necessary.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Not use the service for illegal purposes.
  • Not copy, duplicate, reverse engineer, or distribute the site's content or source code.

Indemnification: The user undertakes to indemnify the site for any damage or expense incurred due to use in violation of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the site, including design, content, source code, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of I-Will or its licensors. No commercial use of this content may be made without prior written permission.

6. Privacy and Data Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and data security. How we collect and use information is detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

7. Payments and Refunds

Basic use of the site is free of charge. Generating the final will document involves a one-time payment that will be displayed before purchase.

Cancellation policy: Since this is a digital product available for immediate download, transactions cannot be cancelled or refunded after the document has been generated and downloaded, except in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.

8. Changes, Service Termination, and Jurisdiction

Changes: We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes agreement to the new terms.

Termination of use: We may suspend access for any user who violates these terms.

Law and jurisdiction: These terms are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction shall be with the courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
